Waggz Inc. (“we”, “the company”) is the seller of merchandise sold on https://waggz.com (“website”).
Customer (“you”) is the buyer of merchandise sold on this website.
Merchandize (“item”, “product”) is all items offered for sale on this website.

PAYMENT POLICY

You can pay on this website with your personal/business credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discovery, American Express) or eCheck. Your credit card and eCheck numbers will not be stored on this website.

RETURN POLICY

You can return anything within 30 days for a full refund less UPS published shipping rate. Merchandise must be returned in new, salable condition and in original packaging. If the merchandise came with a free item, the free item must also be returned in new, salable condition, and in original packaging. If the free item isn’t returned, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the item from the refund. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for a bulky item (tubs, cages, and tables) return. On orders that were refused by the customer or were undeliverable, shipping fees will be deducted at UPS published shipping rate upon return of the order.

Sometimes, a carrier damages a package. If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If a package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at 626-549-1212 or email info@waggz.com. For UPS damages, make sure the driver examines the damage. Also, please retain the original shipping container. For motor freight shipments (large items and pallets), be sure to inspect the item(s) carefully and make sure nothing is damaged before signing for it. If you even feel a little concerned about it, do not sign for it. If this happens, contact us at 626-549-1212 or email info@waggz.com and we will take care of it for you. If you sign for an item as delivered in good condition, free of damage, it is almost impossible to go back and claim damage. For that reason, Waggz cannot be held responsible for shipments after they are signed for.
