RETURN POLICY
You may return items within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of large items such as tubs, cages, and tables. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund at the carrier’s rate. If you’d like an estimate of your return shipping cost, contact us for a quote
- If your order included a free item, it must also be returned in new, salable condition and original packaging. If the free item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
- For orders that are refused or undeliverable, shipping fees will be deducted at the carrier’s published rate once the item is returned to us.
- All merchandise must be returned in new, salable condition and in its original packaging
RETURN REASONS
Defective Upon Receiving
We will provide a return label or arrange return freight.
To process your return, photo and video evidence of the defect is required. We highly recommend recording a video during unboxing to document any issues immediately upon receipt. Upon inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued.
Received Different from What Was Ordered
We will provide a return label or arrange return freight. A full refund will be issued.
No Longer Wanted
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs & 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package appears damaged at delivery, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us immediately at 626-549-1212 or info@waggz.com.
UPS Deliveries:
- Have the driver note and inspect the damage.
- Keep the original shipping box and materials.
Freight Deliveries (large items/pallets):
- Inspect carefully before signing.
- If anything looks suspicious, do not sign and contact us right away.
Important: Once signed for as undamaged, we cannot file damage claims. Waggz is not responsible for items signed as received in good condition.
