Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Waggz offers free shipping in the contiguous United States. This promotion is based on your product size and order total – no coupon code required:

  1.     Small items – free shipping on orders over $99

Clippers, dryers, shears, and more.

  1.   Bulk shampoo – free shipping on orders over $299

Oversized 5-gallon shampoo buckets.

  1.     Large equipment – free shipping on orders over $15,000

Tables, tubs, stools, cages, and more.

  1.     Wholesale – free shipping on orders over $20,000

Special order through our sales department.

Flat-rate shipping is available for most other items except wholesale orders. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page. Oversized or overweight equipment may incur higher charges depending on the freight carrier.

When will my order ship?

In-stock small ticket items leave our warehouse within 2 business days and typically arrive within 6 business days via UPS.

Larger equipment, such as grooming tables and tubs, are shipped by motor freight and may take up to 10 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during busy seasons like the holidays.

If a delivery window is missed and additional delivery or re-delivery fees are incurred, it will be the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend keeping records of all delivery-related communications and documentation in case of future disputes.

What should I do when my delivery arrives?

Waggz partners with top-rated carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. However, damage during shipping can occur. We want to make resolving issues fast and easy.

Please take your time when inspecting deliveries – never feel rushed by the driver. You have the right to refuse any shipment with major visible damage.

Before signing for delivery:

  • Check for external damage (crushed corners, tears, water stains, etc.)
  • Compare the packaging to the photo provided by our shipping team
  • If you ordered an LED table, open the crate with a Phillips screwdriver to confirm the glass top is intact
  • Take photos of any damage or packaging issues
  • Note all damages or missing items directly on the delivery receipt
  • Sign and keep a copy of the delivery receipt for your records

If damages are not documented on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, it is impossible to file a claim. Waggz cannot be held responsible for issues reported after signing.
